Style: Various One and Two Story

This web site is devoted to the Belvedere Lagoon as a whole. It is published for informational purposes and intended to give you a glimpse of the best lifestyle there is to offer in the whole Bay Area. the homes showcased are NOT for sale--they are just examples of lagoon home styles. Residents often take the ferry from downtown Tiburon to San Francisco--a mere 18 minutes-- the most relaxing, efficient commute in the world!

Use of the lagoon is restricted to members of the Belvedere Lagoon Property Owners Association, their tenants and guests and to members of the Belvedere Sailing Society during its functions. There is no public access to the lagoon and there is no boat access between the lagoon and the San Francisco Bay. And, best of all, no motorized watercraft are allowed on the lagoon with the exception of the maintenance boats. Members are assessed dues, payable quarterly in advance. Dues are currently $280 per quarter. The proximity to downtown and the ferry and the San Francisco Yacht Club enhance its appeal. The level terrain, and the ease of parking, also add to its appeal. And, if you ask the residents, the sense of community on the lagoon is exceptionally strong.
